How do you upload the scan? I have done everything, now what magic button do I push to upload it? You would THINK, if this is the VERY FIRST thing you have to do, it would actually work or be explain...

Did you find a way to upload your photo bro or you just bypassed it? I had this same issue with 2K, and never got it resolved
I just said forget it doesn't seem like they are going to do anything to fix it.

Hey everyone!
I'm not sure if you are all still having some trouble loading your face into the game but the most common reason why it doesn't show up is that you're logging into the app or website under a different email address than what your EA account is registered to, so it's not going to sync up your created face to your Xbox/PlayStation.
Here is how to you can find the email address associated with your EA account. Make sure you log into the website or app with that email address instead.Good luck on the courts.
