How do you upload the scan? I have done everything, now what magic button do I push to upload it? You would THINK, if this is the VERY FIRST thing you have to do, it would actually work or be explain...

I'm not sure if you are all still having some trouble loading your face into the game but the most common reason why it doesn't show up is that you're logging into the app or website under a different email address than what your EA account is registered to, so it's not going to sync up your created face to your Xbox/PlayStation.
Here is how to you can find the email address associated with your EA account. Make sure you log into the website or app with that email address instead.

I have the same email address associated with both. (this app/EA and my XBOX live ID). I am using an iphone6 and an xbox one...i have my face scanned on the app and it’s a clear image but it will not upload to the game on my xbox one. I have been troubleshooting this for 3 hours and backed out and retried and it still continues to say “checking for scan” on the player creation “SELECT YOUR HEAD/ GAMEFACE HD OR CHOOSE A FACE” screen...any help would be appreciated because this is more than frustrating at this point

Are you taking a picture in front of a white (or very close to white) background? The picture has to be in high quality and you cannot be wearing any hats/beanies.
