How can I play matches against AI using NBA team?

I'm a beginner in Japan

How can I play matches against AI using NBA team?

That doesn't mean the practice mode of 5 vs 5.

It isn't like real match such as ranked match mode.

Ranked match mode was too difficult to me now, so I want to play against AI until I get better with the same rule as ranked match mode.

I guess this is not a good question,

but I'm confused because I'm not native English speaker and there are many game modes in this game.
