Hi,
There are no official updates available for the game to make it compatible with Windows 10. Instead, try doing a web search to see if there is custom content from other players available to make the game work again.

Thank You for the reply. This seems to be the biggest problem with Windows 10, game compatibility. Since upgrading, almost none of my favorite games (NBA Live08, Midtown Madness2, Chessmaster Tenth Ed and several others) no longer work. Game makers like EA Sports should make patches for their games that don't work in Window 10. I have been searching the Web for answers without success.

Hi,
I agree that it is unfortunate that older games don't work properly on Windows 10. We are currently investigating the options for our older titles but there is nothing extra I can share about that at the moment.

Unfortunately it's not only old games, I just purchased NBA 2K15 for the PC and after endless attempts and patching it still won't work on Windows 10 Pro. I mostly blame Microsoft for this. They should have made a provision (like in Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit, XP Mode) , to run old programs.
It's so strange that a really old DOS game like Mortal Kombat 4 works but more recent programs from EA sports, Microsoft and others don't. Most non game programs so far seem to work normally. The bottom line for me is that Most of my favorite games don't work so I plan to revert back to Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit which ran all my programs. I will install Windows 10 on a separate hard drive, since it's already been activated for this computer and saved an ISO and Flash Drive.
I think Microsoft's invasion of privacy and forcing users to update are also big disadvantages! It seems to me that Windows 10 was rushed and is still a Beta release.
Thanks Again

Hi @MCalca1706
Unfortunately that's a common issue with the Windows 10 update, I had the same issue for other games and a friend of mine told me a solution for it
It's a big solution so I'll ask you to be patient:
You can first try just to uninstall all c++ visual studios packages 2010, 2012, and 2013 with Revo-uninstaller:
http://www.revouninstaller.com/start_freeware_download.html
(RevoUninstaller searches your system for files, folders and files logs / records. Please note that RevoUninstaller is not an EA program and that there are other online programs that can be used for the same purpose . Before open a file / executable file , always check for viruses. The use of any program not associated with EA is at your own risk)
Then use Ccleaner like it's explained here:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-use-ccleaner-to-fix-pc-issues
After that restart your PC before doing anything else(this is very important )
Reinstall now the visual c++ packages with the order - from the oldest to the newest:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2977003
If the issue still persists, please uninstall the game, Origin, and the .net framework with Revo, and use Ccleaner again, and restart the PC, and reinstall everything again(long solution) now with the most recent .net framework:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=48130
It should solve the issue, so repeating, you can try just to reinstall c++ visual packages, or do the all reinstallation, don't forget to restart PC between processes.
If the issue still persists after that, I can only recommend a full Windows 10 clean installation, you can do that by clicking shift+restart and it will send you to the safe menu, in there you will have options to choose on how to reinstall Windows 10 without losing your files:
http://www.howtogeek.com/126016/three-ways-to-access-the-windows-8-boot-options-menu/
It says Windows 8 but it's the same process 😉
Hope this helps 🙂
