nba live 15 ultimate team crashes when setting line up.

Anytime I add a player to my line up in ultimate team I get an error crash. It is completely unplayable. Tried to get tech support to call me but they literally hang up in .1 seconds and I cannot answer fast enough. Tried again with the phone in my hand and my finger on the answer button, same thing, hung up already. I need help, this game isnt working but it was fine for a week and I was enjoying it. Ce-34878-0 error code.

    The fix for this may be to update your System Software(firmware). Please ensure your platform is up to date and retry.

    *Marking this as the solution as out of date System Software is the most likely reason you are seeing this issue.

    Error message CE-34878-0 continues to appear everytime I attempt to play NBA ultimate team. Please advise if I should await some type of help or just go f@uck myself?

    I can't play ultimate team at all, it crushes every time when i tried to add the 12th player to the active lineup .And there is aproblem when I post aplayer to auction ,i can only post like 5 players at a same time .

    The game crashes every time I try to put a player to an empty slot on the bench. Then, I cant play the game.

    I have the same problem, the 12th player on the bench ... It started at the same time when I tried to put some players from the sell pile to auction and they "stayed" in the sell pile after it.

    There is a clear and widespread glitch regarding ultimate team that transcends console.  The earliest post abouth this glitch was on this very forum, [Comment Removed - Admin.]  This is your responsibility, and for this there is no community xxyb fix.  It is inexcusable that a glitch like this can persist for well over a month.  FIX IT!!!  Fix it now, and respond on these forums that you are aware of the issue and looking into it. 

    EA needs to be better, this is inexcusable that I buy a game and it it is quite literally inoperable, it freezes everytime I try to play a game and sub my players in, this has been happening to numerous people since at least the 7th of January 2015.  FIX IT!!!  If you are an EA employee reading this please get it fixed, enough is enough,

    5 users have posted about the same problem.. How many people do we need @ ea_barry? You posted that gem about cameras which was o so helpful and than nothing since
