NBA live 18 demo connectivity issues in Australia

NBA live 18 demo gets "matchmaking failed" error

I am at Adelaide Australia...any one have the same problem?

    Hello @cheng0802, @PaigeEM2002, @itrychicken, @g166o & @T-TDioRspenG,

    First of all I'd like to apologize for the late response here and the experience you've had with this demo, I can assure your that this wasn't our intention and that we would like to work out what's going on here. With that in mind would it be possible for you to get back to us with the information requested below. This should help us identify a common trend with the issues you are running into on your side of things. We appreciate your cooperation on this.

    Which feature / component / location in game are you experiencing issues with?

    • How often does the bug occur?
    • Every time (100%)
    • Often (50% - 99%)
    • Occasionally (10% - 49%)
    • Rarely (0% - 9%)


    Can you tell me if you are playing on a wired on wireless connection & provide us the details of your internet connection by doing the tests below:

    PlayStation:
    To test an Internet connection and display the results, select (Settings) > [Network] > [Test Internet Connection].

    Xbox:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
    6. Select Detailed Network Statistics.
    7. The results should appear in a few moments.

    Melbourne, Australia.
    Happens every single time.
    Xbox One Wired.
    My internet connect is fine. I can play every other game online, even EA Fifa 17 but NBA Live 18 doesn't work. I can sign into my EA account and play every offline mode. As soon as I search for an online game it has the message "An error has occurred while attempting to connect you with the lobby." I tried deleting all my cache, signing out of my accouny and even uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

    I also have a same problem with cheng0802. Exactly same problem. Almost 1 week ++ failed matchmaking. Btw i'm from malaysia. Already pre order but now i'm regretted due to this issue. I'm afraid that this issue will not be solved until the game is officially launching.

    Any update on this issue. New update has been came out unfortunately the issue still not been resolved.

    Anyone tried playing the 10 hr trial release on access?

    Be interesting to see if that worked. Can't believe there has been no fix for almost 3 weeks and not even an acknowledgement.

    Having the same problem here in Hong Kong for at least 2 weeks now.

    First I thought it was server maintenance. 

    Logging into EA server, statistic updates are perfectly fine until I try to find an online lobby. 

    And yes it happens every time i try. I tried for about 30 times but couldn't get into any lobby. 

    As I recall this seemed to happen after an update.

    @EA_Roger Is there still no update for us since it is getting close to release and will it even be fixed for release.

    Still no updates? Not a good sign with the game coming out this week.
