NBA live 19 companion app not available???

Ok so know I’m late on the jump, but I just got nba live 19. I scanned the QR code to get the companion app to scan my face. When I followed the link to the App Store it said the app is not available...

Per the link above:

What’s Good NBA LIVE Peeps,

Companion app will be sunsetting on July 19th

People will be able to keep the face scans they currently have but will not be able to make new ones.

I think this  company is going over the horizon with the sunset can always count on ea to drop the ball and disappoint time and time again
