NBA live 19 on PS4 not letting me sign in on live run

Keep saying I must be signed in to EA servers to play live run..I keep trying to sign in on PS4 it won't let me..it has to be the servers because I can play online with all my other games on PS4 except live online

    Hey what's up, @JuJu850504 

    I know this is a little late but wanted to check to see if you're able to connect to the servers now. Have you tried power cycling the console and network to see if a fresh connection to the servers helps? Let us know if you still need any help. 👍

    Reboot the power to the modem/router

    1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

    How to power cycle your PS4 console

    1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
    2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
