I'm sorry to hear it's been unplayable for weeks now. Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive? If so, I'd try uninstalling the game and make sure all files are deleted on both the external and internal drives. Then, reinstall on the internal hard drive for your Xbox One. Even if it's not installed on an external hard drive, it might be worth checking out the quick steps below to see if that fixes this for you before attempting a reinstall again.

Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
