Nba live player overall git reset from 96 back to 71 and i lost all my carrer an

Product: NBA LIVE 19
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
I want to talk about something you don't mention above: I just want my 96 ovr slasher back
How accessible is the current experience? It's useless to me
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. They reset my and deleted my other two players after i quit and came back to play the game
How is this making it more difficult? I cant play the one
How can we reproduce this experience? Help me figure out a way to get back two of my 3 missing players and hopefully reset my overall back to 96 for my slasher

I had 3 nba live the one players my main a pg slasher with the silver almost gold westbrook icon that was a 96 whos overall got reset back to 71 a 78 back court shooter who completely got erased and a 75 overall wing that got completely erased

    @youngboyswavvy I had a 99 wing scorer a 96 floor general and a 96 wing shooter then I quit my game and loaded back on and I was a 71 from the demo when I got back how do I fix

    Do you still have the demo installed on your system?

    Try a power cycle with your console and then re-launch the mode.

    PS4:

    Power Cycle

    1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
    2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

    Xbox One:

    Power Cycle the Console

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    1. Plug the console power cable back in.
    2. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
