Playstation 3 NBA 2K14

Ok, So my whole ps3 system had to be restored and when i redownloaded 2k14 to it my career was gone said i had to make a new 1 (i thought it was saved to the 2k servers) but my player was still a 99 overall. Long story short, i thought if i started my career again like i was advised then i would get all my signature skills, dunks, and purchased attributes etc back, but i didnt and now im a 64 overall with nothing i spent alot of money buying vc for my player and also earned 190,000 in my whole career can someone please rectify this situation because im very angry
