Re: Face scan wont upload
Try restarting your companion app and try the process of scanning face slowly with your features of eyes, nose and mouth inside the circle. Don't worry about trying to fit your head shape in the circle just get a little closers and shift your head slowly from middle to your left then back to middle to your right.
I would ensure your on a 5ghz bandwidth and same room as your router. Also close out all programs on phone or do a restart on phone to start fresh.
I use a Android Note 4 and it did say upload failed a couple of times and would fix this by closing the companion app completely and redo scan. Use natural sunlight coming through a window if u can not directly but at a angle. If not use a strong bulb of dalight which is has more white tones instead of those lights that have yellow or off white tones.
Once you have a decent scan and upload profit. Do not redo or you will lose what you had before. I did my face scan on demo and it worked on ps4 and used that one for full game since it was stable.
