Traits and Objectives issues

As the title, traits progress will reset to 0 after almost every game. This happened to the player transferred from the demo AND the player I created after I installed the full game.

Has anyone figured out how to fix it or what is the reason behind this? 

Also If anybody having the same problem please drop a reply here so we can get the attention of the customer service quickly.
