Ultimate Team squad glitch

I need help please I have had a chat with EA game advisors and they put me into a chat with some type of specialist and he said hold on a moment then he disappeared and put me into a chat with someone else who didnt even reply to me.. now I dont know what to do. My problem is NBA live Ultimate Team.. my active lineup is glitched or something there is blank space with no player and when I try putting a player in that position the game just freezes.. the music continues playing im just unable to do anything in game I am able to go
home on xbox one dashboard but I have to restart the whole game to get back on NBA.. really starting to worry me now as i cant play ultimate team because i dont have a full bench im my lineup somone please can someone help me and fix this problem thank you
