NBA LIVE MOBILE에서 페이스북 계정을 통해 로그인하려고 하는데 안됩니다. 게임을 삭제하고 다시 깔기도 하고 게임에거 게스트 계정을 만들고 삭제했은에도 알 수 없는 오류라는 글만 뜨고 튕깁니다

I'm trying to log in to NBA LIVE MOBILE with my Facebook account, but it doesn't work.
I've deleted and reinstalled the game,
and created a guest account in the game and deleted it,
but it just keeps saying "Unknown error" and crashes.
I'm having the same problem with Google Play account. I login as guest and try to link through in-game settings, but an error message pops up and mentions that my account is already linked to another Nbalive account.
