113 World Tour Series 3 Set Bug

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
Summarize your bug 113 World Tour Series 3 player claim set. I found this set by clicking on a boss token end saw I could add it toward a 113 Circuit 3 boss. I already had a 111 Yao Ming. I completed the set and claimed. When I received the pack from claiming the heading says 113 Circuit 3 boss with boost. When I select claim it gives me the option to select from either 110 Simmons or 110 Parker. Now I have lost 111 Yao because I traded him in and did not receive the opportunity to claim 113 Yao
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on any item in your inventory that would go into a Series 3 boss set. When you click on the item it will give you the option to add it towards a 113 series 3 player.
What happens when the bug occurs? The incorrect master select pack is rewarded. Should award 113 series 3 player, instead it is giving reward of 110 Ben Simmons or 110 Tony Parker
What do you expect to see? The ability to claim a 113 Yao Ming

I found out that a 113 world tour series 3 master could be claimed by clicking on a boss token in my inventory. 
I then completed the set as I already had 111 Yao Ming. When I hit claim I received a 113 Series 3 pack. When I hit open it gave me the option to select from 110 Ben Simmons or 110 Tony Parker. Obviously this is not correct. Also I now lost The 111 Yao Ming since I used him to claim the 113 master.

    @EA_Blueberry @TheScholarAM  I just got off the phone with Kris at EA. He solved the issue for me and granted me the card. I would like to Thank both of you for replying to my problem. I know you do not hear it enough but THANK YOU!

  • EA has now taken the 113 exchange set away. This happened in the last few days with one of the maintenance. EA is at least aware of the issue. Hoping to get the actual 113 pack when the sets are released. Will see if EA follows through with that. 

  • The 113 set was officially released now this morning. I was told by a Game Changer that I should receive the 113 pack when the set is officially released. I have not received the 113 pack or any compensation as of now.

    @beaver221982 Sorry to hear about it beaver, have you tried taking a shot at EA help?( Yeah I know but please try) I'll try to make sure someone gets back to you here on this thread asap if EA help doesn't work out.

    @TheScholarAM  Thank you for your reply!  I first went through EA help and they asked me to come here and report the bug. I have not had any luck receiving an answer or much less reply. I messaged you on Discord. Thank you again for your response!

    Hi, @beaver221982 

    It sounds like you completed the set and didn't receive the correct reward. Did you inform the EA Advisor at our Help site of the video and asked them to check your completion for the set? They should be able to see you completed it and what reward you received.

    @EA_Blueberry Thank you for replying. I originally requested a phone call from EA for help, as it seems at least I get a real person to talk to. Was on the phone for over an hour and they could not help, they asked me to come here and do a bug report. I will use the links you provided and hopefully that helps. 
       Unfortunately when the 113 set exchange came out, the first thing I did was check to see if it set set completed and it does not. Not sure why, as I obviously completed it and have the video and photos as proof. The 111 set does say completed so at least I have that. Of course I lost the 111 card, when I exchanged it for the 113 set. I have attached that photo.
