95 Andrew Wiggins boom or bust

I had bought 2 of these packs and had both not load when I tired to open them my phone could sit for over 5 mins trying to load and figure it out but the pack wouldn't open so I closed and reopened the app and had nothing no new player or boost item nothing and no I wasn't just looking for Wiggins when I was looking at my players and I had 2 of these packs and they both did the same thing I'm just not happy spending money to have it go completely down to waste like that
