What for flagging this down for us. Can you all let us know what type of devices you're on and whether restarting your device and re-launching the app a couple times helps get the ads to show up? I've seen others report this in the past, however after a couple tries going in and out of the store it can help fix this. We'll continue to relay reports like this up to the team though. 👍
Whenever I try to watch an ad to get the relevant reward it keeps bringing up this dialogue box [see attached] once the ad has finished playing.
"Your transaction was cancelled and you have not been charged".
So, I don't get the reward [either the W's points or any other campaign token].
I am using a Xiaomi Redmi 8A Smartphone.

This happen to me as well. I was able to get it working by restarting the app and then trying again in the store. It worked perfectly. After opening up the reward the ads disappeared, but when I selected Sim Series at the top and then tapped back on Influencers they showed back up with the correct counter amount (1/3). I was able to claim 3 rewards for each ad.I tried what you suggested, even reinstalling the app, but I keep getting the same message
I am really disappointed that I am not getting the rewards for a second day in the row...
- EA_Blueberry@AgisTournas Have you tried restarting your device and attempted it on mobile data instead of WiFi, or toggled WiFi off and back on?
