How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Watch Arena Ads, you don't get credit in end While it change status to Ad is watched
What happens when the bug occurs? No Arena Point credit is received
What do you expect to see? 500 pt credit in Arena
You can watch the Ads
Ad is completed
Credit of point is not received in Arena case

The same thing happens to me in the two accounts we have at home.

Summarize your bug Ads have never shown in my game, I have tried all the solutions I've read on here and on youtube videos nothing has worked for me, don't know what's the cause but I use a Xiaomi redmi smartphone it sucks because I havent been able to take all the rewards from differents events

Since I started playing the game about a month or two, I have never been able to watch an ad so I'm missing a lot of content from the game. I have tried differents solutions but none have worked so far.
Same to me. I just reported the issue. Really a disappointment this issue haven't fixed after so long. And this is not the first issue i faced. I'm quite regret to spend money in this game. Slow response, complicated procedure to report issue and long time solving problem and never compensate for our lost.. Sigh...
