@AKtheLawI saw your strong message half an hour after you uploaded it, I'm really sorry to respond late, I just had no words to say cuz your message is imminently captivating with a little inaccuracy. The community managers would be back by Monday, so I'll have them look into this particular comment. And I'll have to formulate a proper answer which I can't rn as I'm busy with some studies. But I'll get back to you soon, although, I can't fix your ads for sure.
its same happened, the ads still locked, im in indonesia right now, its already been 3 months lol, tried everything and its still unavailable, i dont wanna spend my single penny if this * still happen, please fix it EA.
- @nugirama12Hey there, anyone who's having trouble with ads, here are the most efficient ways of having ads back.
Do keep in mind, don't exit the app in the middle to switch to another app and switch again to nbalm, it somehow resets the as system.
Keeping that in mind, follow these steps.
1: Reinstall your app( do be cautious to do so only if you're logged in through game centre/play games/Facebook. Do NOT reinstall if in guest mode as it may make you lose your progress.)
2: while the app is uninstalled, clear all your phone cache and restart your device.
3: reinstall NBALM, and log in again.
You might get ads after playing a few campaigns.
If the problem still persists, here are the steps you can follow:
1: Change your game language.
2: Log out and log in again, and do it mutilple times, stopping for 2 minutes to see if ads are available.
3:Do try to change your ad preferences by going to settings---legal---privacy of ads(green button)
4: change your google ad id.
5(Imp): Play 3 /4 events non stop and then search for the ads and click on it. It might have a better chance of working
