Sorry to hear about the trouble. Can you let us know what the exact error message is and have you tried any quick troubleshooting from your end like restarting the device or re-installing the app? (That can help with game issues/crashes)
If you synced up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install. If you play on guest mode that progress is lost upon reinstalling.
