How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In the auction when simply browsing through player cards, if a player has 2 active boosts, the first active boost would flash twice on the player's picture before the second one comes up, and the second one would only flash once and disappear rather quick compared to the first active boost. So far It seems this type of problem only happens on base player cards. Thanksgiving and Halloween player cards does not have this issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? You tend to overlook the player's second active boost because it is not coming up in time and not staying long enough.
What do you expect to see? The active boosts should display in turn correctly and also at a shorter interval.

It is not a major thing but oftentimes the second active boost (usually player's special ability) is what we care about, so it deserve to be displayed properly. Pleas fix this.
