Banned account
Today, as soon as the game refreshed, I tried to login and I got a message for having been banned permanently. I don't seem to meet any of the conditions needed to be labeled as cheater. Also my EA account shows no ban history (current or previous). So... what's going on?

We're not able to assist with bans directly here on the forums. If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.
- Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose the EA app.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Click Select contact option.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
