Are you still having resource download errors? If you're low on memory on the device you're playing from, try clearing up some room.
If so, let me know what device you're playing on and what steps you've tried so far from your end to try and fix it. We'll always let the team know of these reports, but if you're down to troubleshoot this with your device to limit it from happening often we're here for you. I have some general steps below that are a great starting point. Let me know if you've tried all of them.

i ve already tried uninstall and reinstall.....nothing works i couldnt able to play ....its been almost 7 days.....i have enough space in my android device....its really frustrating how you gyss solving problem...i ve already talk to ea help they suggest me to open a ea account and report a bug report....and after 2 days i am getting reply...now i dont know how many days it takes to fix this.....ea help team said that they will let the team know....dont when itwill get fixed...i am fade up and tired of this game......and ea....such a horrible experience......

@tatugame88 Does it fix itself if you toggle WiFi off and test it on mobile or if you remove the Wi-Fi connections from your device and re-add them?- 5 years agoi've tried with diffrent networks ...but the bug never disappear completely.....

@tatugame88 Thanks for getting back quickly. Have you tried clearing the cache in the Settings>Apps?
