Can’t claim daily login rewards

Can’t claim daily login rewards and don’t have daily rewards button

    @EpIsTaGs Have you been getting your daily login rewards? If you have the game linked up to your Google/Apple account I definitely recommend reinstalling the game which can help clear up corrupted files that could be lingering. Make sure your device's clock and date are set to the correct timezone too.

    When you enter the game. You may be prompted with the message of daily rewards. You will see a close button, you have to press that to claim your reward(the game won't continue otherwise)

    Today's reward was a Orlando Magic Team Pack for the new promo, you might have opened it while entering the game. If not, do check your unclaimed items for the same.

    Steps: My team---->My items-----> Unclaimed items.

    Hope this helps. If you still think you haven't received the daily reward, do revert back to this message.

    @TheScholarAMWhen I open the game I don’t have any notifications and something new in my items. And I don’t have daily login icon in settings. And this problem only on this account, if I choose other account I can claim reward and have this icon in settings.

    @EpIsTaGs Sorry for the delay in response.
    There's still 5 hours left for the restarts.

    Here are some things that might help
    1. Log out and log in.(in case you're logged in through game centre/play games or Facebook.)
    2.Uninstall and reinstall the game(advisable only if you have the account registered with a game centre/social media, which seems to be your case. If you're in guest mode do log in to save your progress and only then do you reinstall it)
    3. Restart your device.
    4. Check the news tab and click on go play in the JJ redick news.
    5. Do check If you have any extra TEAMMATE token, and any extra Orlando magic players (especially gold and platinum), that might be from the pack which would have opened without your concious attention.
    6. If you still dont think it has been resolved. Go to setting>Help>Contact us and kindly fill all necessary details , remember to file a 'missing content' complain . An EA worldwide customer experience executive would contact you in the next 24 hours.


    Also, make sure, when you log in tomorrow(next session) for the first time. Do take a screenshot on the first thing you see.
    Post that screenshot here to be evaluated.

    They gave me my daily login reward, today is the 1 day.(Orlando magic team pack) I can’t give u photo (it’s too large)

    Yeah, but that means I don’t gonna get one of other rewards bcs this company gonna end
