Summarize your bug Live pass progress not working, I have purchased progress 3x (3000 game cash ) and it did not work for me. I need to get refunded back.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Login as a player on any device to look it up. I have screenshots to show
What happens when the bug occurs? No progress
What do you expect to see? I am expected to see progress and receive the rewards

The same thing with me, I have attached proof in a screenshot. It has been 9 days into march, and I'm too far behind to unlock the Premium Pass Master now, so I would like a refund or about 800 live points since I have not been able to redeem any rewards so far. If this is not resolved soon I will be filing a dispute/and or theft of services.
