Can't link back my Google Play account to NBA live mobile

Can I get back my link between my Google Play account and my account in NBA live mobile? I had it linked but I accidentally unlinked it. Now when I try to login the game with the Google Play account it says there's no linked account. I'm afraid I lost all my progress in the game...

Does anyone have a solution?
