cant play while on 4g network

Summarize your bug cant open the app while on 4g network.....in wifi its okk but when i move to 4 g network it stuck in log in page ...showing no internet connection....i have already tried all trobleshoot option....nothing seems to worked...
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? dont know....bt please fixed it as soon as possible...
