Can't save my progress before uninatalling

Ok so I downloaded NBA LIVE from a third party app store (not Playstore) that won't let me update it. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall the newest version instead. The problem with this is that I didn't login with Facebook before the update and when I'm opening the game it tells me that I can't play because I need to update the game and I can't do anything else, which means that I can't login with Facebook before uninstalling the app. I want to save my progress but I can't do that! Can anyone help me?
