Community ManagerPlease do not name any player you suspect may be cheating, this is called "Naming and Shaming" and is not allowed on Answers HQ.

Have you scouted their tip off line ups? How is your league doing with the tip off line up? If you're way below them perhaps this is the answer to your question
For example in last Tournament there was an opponent of 83 OVR, I had 82. I scouted, chose the Tip off line up and he had 72, I was in 77. So definitely I chose to play with that line up. Of course I didn't manage to get +18, only +8, I'm no good player. But perhaps that has happened to you
