Cooldowns on those sets last more than a week
Here is where the cooldown is shown based on the screenshots you posted

same problem here. I was able to claim a 107 legend a couple of weeks back but now it doesn't work.

There is a cooldown on when you can claim it again. It shows it at the top.

unless the cool down is over a week or more, which is when I last completed the set, that does not solve the problem
