Crashing whenever I try logging in with Facebook

I can’t login to the nba live mobile game with my Facebook account. It keeps on crashing when I try to login with Facebook. Help me login with Facebook.

Still get the same “Login Failed … couldn’t find any linked accounts”.  Account was linked to my iOS Game Center. 
Open case still showing “no fix” Is there a work-around / solution?   4th day now being locked out.  
Any help / updates appreciated
