To all: I believe you should contact EA help for missing items. And don't let the case close until it's resolved.

We're not getting proper support addressing these issues. If there are any alternatives to this since chat support is no longer available and our tickets keep getting closed without proper resolution @ANTITEXNH
- ANTITEXNH1 year agoHero@midnight85xx That's what I meant, if it says case closed you shouldn't agree with that and reopen the case. It has that feature as long as I remember.
