Daily credits and part of player cards did not roll over to Season 9

I had 60.000 daily credits and 2.400 players. After the season reset, I have 2.000 daily credits and 1.200 players left. I was below the 3.500 items limit and was supposed to keep all the players. EA...

To all: I believe you should contact EA help for missing items. And don't let the case close until it's resolved.

We're not getting proper support addressing these issues. If there are any alternatives to this since chat support is no longer available and our tickets keep getting closed without proper resolution @ANTITEXNH

    @midnight85xx That's what I meant, if it says case closed you shouldn't agree with that and reopen the case. It has that feature as long as I remember.
