Daily credits and part of player cards did not roll over to Season 9

I had 60.000 daily credits and 2.400 players. After the season reset, I have 2.000 daily credits and 1.200 players left. I was below the 3.500 items limit and was supposed to keep all the players. EA customer help said the can`t help and redirected me here. And the EA guy who was chatting with me didn't even know that the season started today, he only knew of the statement from months ago when it was supposed to start for the first time.
