Disappointed

I realize this message is coming very late, but after trying to log in for the past few weeks, I finally confirmed that what I was worried about is actually intentional.

After years of playing, albeit on and off, and spending a few bucks (more than I care to admit), all of my account history was wiped. It took me a while to dig in and understand what happened, but learning that this was a deliberate reset was incredibly disappointing.

I can't imagine that EA couldn't find a way to fairly recognize long time players and the time and money they've invested, rather than simply starting everyone from scratch with a trust us, it'll be better.

I just can't support that direction in good conscience. It feels a bit like when banks or cell phone companies reward new customers while disregarding the loyal ones.

If I'm misunderstanding something, please let me know, I genuinely will miss the game.

  • 931ecdaec5cb8e6a​ You're not the only one disappointed. EA instead of keeping the good features of season 4 and start building a great game chose to wipe out everything and make us lose all of our progress.
