@EA_Blueberry are you or anyone else able to help me?
I can't talk to Legend on Discord anymore since I got banned from the server for failing verification. Unfortunately he seemed unwilling to help since I don't meet the social media posting requirements, even though he said he had no concerns.
Sorry, but being so rigid on requirements when there is no concern isn't good customer service, especially to a paying customer.
I have no interest in Twitter or reddit, and don't play my Xbox much anymore. This is pretty much the only game I play right now. FB is the only social media I use (yeah I am old, we'll leave it at that). The only thing I post on YT are my son's basketball games so he and his friends can watch. Apparently posting roughly 20 in the last couple months wasn't good enough.
Why is any of that a reason to keep me off Discord?
I have had good experiences on the Answer HQ site, so the lack of help on Discord is disappointing.
I don't like making this issue public but I have no other way to try to resolve this unless someone from EA messages me, which I hope someone does soon.

Not trying to be negative but I have not seen EA agent on this forum for past month or two.
Only time EA showed up was when I posted legit complain and they did not like it.
They deleted my post and gave me warning.
If EA truly cared, they would have already responded. It is so sad that community managers do not do what they are supposed to do.
I am not sure if they really care about this game or not.
