Drip Check promo - missing points

Played thru events to unlock the Grand Master event to earn 105 Iguodala. Sold event cards and purchased fashion points so I can get to the necessary 20,000 pts.  I currently have 16,100 pts, sold the 103 Kuzma (4,000 pts) to get me over 20K, but the points didn’t tally.  

I’m stuck at 16,100 pts, and now don’t have the cards, stamina or cash to show for it.  Same thing happened to me on the last event, points just stopped tallying right when I was about to earn the next card.  Already filed a case, support asked me to post.  Any help appreciated, thanks
