I was playing the duo campaign for 99 Middleton and then server maintenance happen then I lost my duo point

We've seen reports on this and the team is currently investigating this, our apologies if you're being impacted. We'll provide an update as soon as we hear more from the studio team.- @EA_Blueberry Can I spend my duo tokens without worrying to loose them because of a game crash or network problems?
I have already 5 and I would like to spend them soon, but first i want to be sure this problem is solved!- @YURIKAL76 the issue has been resolved and the points have been returned as well...so u can spend ur duo points w/o any hesitation....thanks to the community!!
@EA_Barry @EA_Blueberry How were points returned to @suraj3921 ? I didn't loose a duo token but a crucial east/west token in the Duo Campaign and am looking to get it back ASAP so I can progress. I was one token away from getting Jamal Murray which would allow me to upgrade to 109 Irving and Durant! I had a west token and had just hit play to claim Jamal when the game experienced a server issue that reset my app. I returned to find my token gone. EA, please get the token back to me and fix the issue. I have played this game for a long long time and the server issue get me sometimes. I never complain but I am IRATE this time. I am waiting for your speedy reply. Thank you. [Removed - CM]

The team is still investigating crashes happening during the Super Duo event and we'll update this thread once we find out more information on how they'll handle this. Thank you for hanging in there and our apologies if it caused any frustration or confusion.
If your game is crashing, it's still worth giving these steps a shot to see if that will help minimize or hopefully prevent it at all for all modes in NBA Live Mobile.iOS Mobile Troubleshooting

If you linked up your game progress to Facebook, Google, or your Apple account you can safely delete the app and reinstall it without losing any progress.
I also lost my western duo token :/ but happy to know that EA as notice that. Really hope this problems are fixed
