Dear Potiential Ea Staff member
I have a problem when I try to log into my Nba Live Mobile account, I have tried to log in with FaceBook, Game Center and Google Play but every time I have attempted to log in it comes up with the error message "Failed to log in, We've failed to log in. Please try again."
If you could please answer back with a solution I would be very grateful for that.

Thank you for the contribution but I cannot even get into my account and go on settings as I am stuck on the page "Failed to log in" which takes me back to title page. If there is another solution to this I would once again be grateful.
Community ManagerIf your game was linked via Facebook already, uninstall the game, restart the device and then download and reinstall the game.

I am also having these difficulties and have tried the methods that have been stated but the game still keeps telling me that I have 'failed to login'. It sometimes is letting me play for like a minute and then shows the message again when I reload the app. Is there anything else that could be done to stop this message?
