I'm not sure if this thread is still active or read, but I figured I would post here as well. I have already contacted customer support and made another post as well.
So on NBA Live Mobile, the "auction house" isn't working, and there are rarely any active "Limited time events."
When I open the auction house, it says "No auctions found," and when I try to post one, it says "Auction house is no longer accepting new auctions until server maintenance is complete." But it has been weeks and it is still not operational. As far as I can tell, the servers in all other parts of the game are working just fine.
Additionally, there are rarely "Limited Time Events". I started playing again a few weeks ago and there were limited time events at the time. However, when those events expired, no new ones have started. It's been a week at least.
And it's not like these events are super difficult to create, it's always just the same recycled minigames for every live event series. (Not complaining about that aspect of it btw, that's fine.)
These are two of the most important parts of the game. They are both the most important parts of building your team in this game.
According to the leaderboard on "Showdown mode", there are at least 20,000 active players on this game. I don't think it's asking for too much to have consistent events and a functional auction house. And occasionally make some new cards to spice things up a bit. I could even design the cards and come up with the ratings if there is a need for someone to do that. I have professional experience with photoshop, and I'm very knowledgeable on basketball & the userbase of this game. I also have marketing ideas for limited time events to keep players engaged and spending money. So let me know if you are interested in my services. Who knows, maybe you could use someone who is passionate about this game.
Is there any information on when the auction house will be operational again? I have attached screenshots below in case you don't know what I'm talking about.
