I had the same exact problem. I had won by 6 points but it said I only won by 1 and gave me a collectable.

My Crossover 2 counter shows 26/35 already achieved but the Goals remaining are only 8, instead of 9. I hope EA can help me resolve this. I’m hoping to get 1 grand master from the promo.
