[Fixed] Black Screen

*Update*

We have found the issue and are working on getting this fixed for those who can't play really soon.

Well ...

Good news is I can scroll to and past my street lineup without crashing every time

Bad news is that it now crashes when i try to start ANY live event 

SMH  (shaking my head ... Not cursing )

We've seen players mentioning that as well and have raised it up to the team.There is a post on that here we are tracking.

its doing this(ea screen than black) on madden nfl and ufc too

EDIT: Tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but same thing

Summarize your bug when i try to open it shows the ea logo and than a black screen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? open the app
What happens when the bug occurs? ea screen than black

Bluestacks is not officially supported.

i know,but ive been using it for a long time( since September) 

is there any other way to play on a windows 10? EDIT: that is supported

NBA Live Mobile is developed and supported for iOS and Android devices. While you may have been able to play it in the past on PC, we cannot guarantee it will continue to function normally through game updates, sorry.
