Frequent Game Network Disconnection

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
Summarize your bug Frequently disconnected from the network. I spent more time to reconnect than played the game. See also attachment
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After I play a game or two, the orange circle starts to swirl, then my account is logged out.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game is logged-out.
What do you expect to see? Continuous gaming time.

It's so annoying that I spent  more time to reconnect than play the game. See also attachment. Sometimes, it takes several minutes to re-log in.

    Hi, @PonchoPilatoX 

    Silly question, but do you know if anyone else in your household is trying to play the game at the same time as you if you play on multple devices?

    There's a few things we can try here to see if we can fix it. First, I recommend running through these basic mobile steps to see if that helps clear up any in-game errors related to the app itself.

    Second, try toggling WiFi off and see if the game still disconnects. If it doesn't, it might be WiFi related which is where I advise rebooting the local network. (Unplug the modem and router for 5 minutes)

    That will refresh the strength of your WiFi signal. The third option is to connect to a different WiFi channel if your router has that option (mine has 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz)
