Game crashed during final part of fathers day event

I save up 25 thousand father's day points, and then in the middle of playing the event for 102 overall Jimmy butler my game crashed. I was obviously frustrated so I reached out to support, the first agent I spoke to said he was transferring me to someone who could help and I would be receiving and email. 2 days go by no email so I reach out to support again, tells me to wait another day so I do. Still no email, so I reach out again today and the person I spoke to told me that he can't transfer me and the only way I'll get help is if I post on this forum. 

Giving this till tomorrow and then I'm contacting the better business bureau, if I still don't get a reply my bank already said they will happily charge it back because I spend about 15 dollars on the tokens as well as saving up the rest
