Hey, @ANTITEXNH 

Received a heads up from a Answers HQ Champion here about this when I got on my shift this morning and it looks like the NBA Live Mobile team is also aware, so it's being looked into!

If you are experiencing crashes at login, please DIRECT MESSAGE ME the information below so we can pass it over to the NBA LIve Mobile team.

  • NBA Live User ID (This is located in-game under Settings>Top right corner. It's the number, not the team name. DO NOT POST PUBLICLY.)
  • Device type (ex: iPhone10, Samsung S20)

      @ExtraBreezyGo to his profile and then push on CONTACT ME, then it will appear a text that says send a private message, there you go

      Think you need to add it as a friend first

        @TheScholarAM Yeah think the same before i post that and then started looking on all my screenshots, sadly my ID doesn't appear on any of them, need to wait

      We just wait, can't be longer than one day so...

      Although we can play as guests in the meantime, ik the problems are with linked accounts, that worries

    @EA_Blueberry The game crushed every time I log in.My cell phone is Samsung A70 and I can nit see my user ID. What to do

      @tantoni1978 We are still looking into this and we're fine on account examples now. We'll update you all here when we can confirm the fix went in. Thank you for your patience and apologize for any disruption for your team during the current promo.
