I am on the same boat here. .. down since Monday 4/2/18. Called EA and they escalated to their developers team -Still no fix. and the rep told me it's a rare issue.
Advice me to wait and keep the game updated - keep trying ... and hopefully game works again ... that's BS.
Definitely, showdown messed up my profile. Tested everything you guys mentioned here. Even trying as new user and that worked without any problems ... yeap .... lost my 92rating .. for a 55 -- no way. I prefer not to play at all if that's the case.
Absolutely... I'm done with them if they don't actually fix (and compensate) the issue. This isn't rare, as we all know from looking online and at Twitter. I think what makes it "rare" is that it only happened to higher ranked players (I was top 350, and yes, I was grinding for that) due to the number of games they accrued... Is that really the customers you want to leave hanging?
