Game crashes instantly and goes to lock screen.

I've been having this problem since the start of December and I have tried uninstalling and installing the game again and that doesn't work. I've tried factory resetting my phone and that doesn't wor...

Are you able to login before it crashes and if so, are you able to play if you login through a different option like FB, Google, or Guest mode?

    @DJ_NoobKilla 

    Can you try clearing the cache for the app under Settings>Apps, then try launching it?

    Maybe try moving the game out of that folder to see if that has any effect.

      @EA_Blueberry I tried that and the same thing still keeps happening. I did a factory reset to my phone earlier in the month and that did nothing.

        @DJ_NoobKilla Any way you can login to your account from a different device and then try logging back into the app on your current device?

        Are you able to load up the app on a different Google account? This way we can narrow it down to being account or device based.
