This is most definitely an Android problem and started happening right after All-Star Promo event started. I switched to another IPhone and the game runs flawlessly no problem whatsoever. Now for the EA team to diagnose here is where the game crashes.I'm using Samsung S7 Edge with Android 7. First of all most of the time the crashes are not directly to home screen like the previous ones. These crashes freeze the game for around 3-5 seconds while sound is active and the game crashes after that. 1) Game almost always crashes when you have the last possession with 5-10 seconds remaining. This happens in all modes that have 5 vs 5 matches but most prominent in H2H and league. Also it's a guaranteed crash when i pass it to Buzzer Beater Iverson in the last seconds of the game. Guaranteed. 2) It crashes quite frequently when Lebron clutch is almost active or active, whenever moving to the clutch zone the game freezes and crashes. This is not as frequent as last second and Iverson crashing but very frequent overall.3) Random crashes whenever the opponent has the ball or I'm just dribbling up court with Curry or just posting up with Gasol, just random crashes and still the same game freezes and then crashes. I'm using Brad Stevens as coach, have Facebook and Google Play and device linked to my account have been playing since November and never ever had any crashes whatsover before. This is most likely a bad coding somewhere introduced with the Allstar patch.Remember I don't have these problems when I play the same account on IPhone. No crashes whatsoever.

Now it also crashes during my classic lineup matches, and during all my H2H matches (which costs me 5000 fans every time, to add insult to injury). "It's a small number," you say... *. If it's a small number, why does it affect 25% of my league? If it's a small number, why are other top-50 leagues leaving 5+ drives unfinished in every tournament? (Just to connect those dots for you, they have one crash and then leave the game unfinished to avoid the 10-point penalty of a second crash). If it's a small number, why am I seeing 0-10 scores come back to me from my h2h opponents every day - evidence that they tried to play their quarters but crashed in the process? Use your brains. Just because players don't report a bug doesn't mean they aren't experiencing a problem.FIX IT. I don't care how you do it. Just FIX IT.

This has been happening to me (and most if not all android users) every day since the start of the all star promo. If the game double crashes, you get an automatic -10 points. I've lost 3.5 million fans because I haven't been able to win, let alone even complete, a head to head match in weeks. The crashes have been the biggest discussion topic on nba live forums and youtube since the start of all stars. I'm on a google pixel, android version 8.1.0 if that helps.

Game is crashing in almost all H2H and LvL (sometimes in live events too)This happens since the release of All Star promo almost 10 days ago. The game crashes for me too. A bit more detail:1. I have Samsung S7 Edge2. I have 2 accounts being played on this phone (lets say me and my brother). 1 account with better cards crashes all the time, 2nd account almost never crashes3. The crashes are more often on NBA linup than classic5. Crashes are in: Live events, H2H and league6. Crashes happen in different situation, but often involve when player receives a pass, when player moves, Buzzer beater Simmons holds the ball last 7 seconds, Lebron Royalty gets the ball7. The crash means freeze for about 2-3 seconds and I just get thrown out of the game (no messages)8. About 1/3 of my league players are affected by this and they are very angry (seems to be Android problem, not Iphone)9. It started after introduction of All star promo10. At current situation I can finish 1 full league or H2H match without crashing with NBA linup11. Its been weeks already and I cant participate in my league games because of that ☹️12. Basically the game is almost unplayable for large part of Android users now13. Lots of my league mates (paying customers) are close to quitting from the game because of this.

@EA_Barry What kind of analysis? How many? I'm a software engineer by trade so get as technical as you'd like.

Edit: One more question... if it's a small number affected, then why remove boosts on all new cards for all players?

Dear EA_Barry ,
Which make me more concerne about your comment is the part "small number of player is being affected by this problem". I believe that you guys do not understand the reason why a lot of players is quiting the game everyday, including old players from season 1, who were faithfull to you in every bug and problems regarding the first season, and patients enought until they do not see any reason to stay playing this game.
In my particular case, I have one reason to stay playing, being a proud member of the league Dunkstar Brasil. And I can guarantee to you that we are trying to support each other in order to not quit this game. It seems to us that you guys just dont care about this game. Maybe is not affordable enought, or you guys are paying more attention to others EA games like Fifa or Madden. But please, every paying customer deserves at list a date to finish your analisys. And we all know that you guys are taking more time that you deserve.
Sorry if Im a little hard to you guys, please, see this as a effort to push you to fix the game once for all.

The issue is on every player on Android with royalty LeBron,95 platinum LeBron and curry, iverson and Ben simmons, if u got any of those players in ur line up and ur on Android the game will crash

@EA_Barry There are lots of players effected by this. I am from Fusion leagues and we have 4 leagues with more than 100 players. About 25% to 35% of the players have this problem depending on a day. Several players have quit the game itself because of this. Several players have left the league and dont play in any league because of this now and wait when its gonna be fixed. If You assume 1/4 to 1/3 of the community as a small number You should reconsider.
By saying that the diagnostics showed that problem is small You wither:
1) Not tell truth to cover up
2) Your diagnostics is wrong (Maybe dont run diagnostics on Apple devices and with low overall linups?)

Its the most popular thread in the whole forum (Maybe "Pippen are cheating by abusing time extension glitches in the game" was as popular. By the way that glitch is also still open and its been confirmed that almost all leagues from TOP10 exploit it ☹️)
So to conclude:
You say - the problem is insignificant
Community replies by saying: about 25% to 30% of community (Almost all Android users) are effected

So this thread is the most popular from all bug reports ever reported but EA still denies there is a problem or dont take it seriously at all.

This problem affect players who are playing the most... who got platinum cards and/or cards with special abilities by either grinding or paying money for them.
So obviously from the hundreds of thousands of players, a relatively small amount is impacted because other players dont have those cards or play on iOS. We are the most dedicated players on Android and deserve more than that.

Really, I am this close from quiting the game since i cannot finish any h2h or lvl game without crash.
