Game keeps crashing
Games keeps crashing as soon as the ea sign comes.I tried reinstalling, removing cache , restarting phone but nothing worked. The app and phone os are up to date.Pls help

I was able to fix it
So what I did was download it another Android device to check if it was working and it was
So I shared the app from my other phone to my main phone using the play store.Theres an option to under manage apps and device to share apps. I used that.
Worked for me.

I fixed it by installing apk 7.3 version and it worked.Also i went in play store to check and it said that there was 30mb update and as soon as i installed it game again crashed
While appreciated, I have invested not only time but money in all 3 events that I couldn't complete due to thia issue, for Westbrook, Giannis (the event is month long but I needed to play out the month to get enough honor tokens to get the player) and the Live Event game for Kawai.
Howbwill that be made right? This is the second time I have invested money in this game only to see it wasted because the game is undependable. The first time I played for a year, also invested a ton of time and money, I had to stop playing for a bit then my whole profile was erased and I had to start totally from scratch.
No offense but fool me once shame on me, fool me twice why should I have any confidence in this game?

Same thing happned to me. Android user Samsung A12 phone the game would exit as soon as I press it to launch the game. I tried uninstalling it, download an apk, share the game app from another device (downloaded the game in another device and the game works in another device). Used facebook as my link. It has been 3 days I am not able to play the game with my phone. Kindly asking for your assistance because I cannot keep borrowing other devices to play the game.

Another day being ignored without so much as a "we're working on it".
Only works on older devices, sucks.
The game is still consistently shutting down. I’m still grinding and spending but afraid with the bugs I won’t be able to compete.
They had only said something in the beginning of this thread, that was it. Back you could see. They suck!
Even mine keeps crashing I thought I was my device I deleted and reinstalled from Google play store it's still the same
