Game keeps crashing
Games keeps crashing as soon as the ea sign comes.I tried reinstalling, removing cache , restarting phone but nothing worked. The app and phone os are up to date.Pls help

Does nothing. Been like this for over 2-3months. Your tech support sucks. This game needs to be fixed asap. I spent my money on it!

- @EA_Pulsar Of course my device meets those requirements. At first the game was working and then it stopped working out of nowhere. I never changed any requirements and everything is up to date and still I can't get the app to launch.
Despite meeting all the device requirements and keeping everything up to date, the game stopped working suddenly. To resolve this issue, try restarting your device, clearing the game's cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and checking for system updates. If the problem persists, contact the game's customer support for specialized assistance.
- @EA_Pulsar Hello, I am having the same issue. Game is not starting at all since 3 days. I tried to delete cache, data, reinstall the application, even installed it on another phone and still no luck.
I tried on 2 Android phones (Galaxy 21 FE and Xiaomi 12T).
are developers aware of this? when can we expect that fixed?
